Lemon Cookie Recipe

I caved.  Here is the super easy and delicious recipe for my afternoon craving yesterday.  By the way, I have decided that sweets are totally acceptable so long as I make them myself!

-1 egg
-1 box lemon cake mix
-1 8oz container of Cool Whip
-Powdered Sugar

Mix egg, lemon cake mix, and cool whip until it's nice and cookie dough like.  Take small balls of dough and roll in powdered sugar and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Voila!  So easy and so good!

There are so many great and simple cake mix cookie recipes out there.  Last year I made an awesome pumpkin spice cookie.  I will have to share that one soon....
